Waitlists & Enrolments

How do I join your waitlist?

Simply complete the Waitlist Application Form here and we will confirm your place on the waitlist via return email.

How much does it cost to join your waitlist?

There is no fee or charge to join our waitlist. Simply return the completed form.

Can I arrange a tour of your Centre?

Absolutely. You can simply email admin@neutralbaykindergarten.com.au or call us on 9953 1237 to arrange a tour. Tours can be conducted Monday to Friday between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm subject to availability.

What happens once I’m on the waitlist?

We will confirm receipt of your application and then notify you when a place becomes available. Waitlisted families do not need to check in regularly, but we do suggest you keep us updated of any change in requirements or contact info.

How old does my child need to be to start?

We cater for children from two years through to six years of age. Please note that children must be two years or older old before they can commence.

Is there a minimum number of days?

We do have a two day minimum attendance requirement. This enables the children to build stronger relationships with both the educators and the other children in their room, and also allows educators sufficient time to make meaningful observations and program experiences for your child.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday throughout the year. We do close for 2 weeks over Christmas and for designated public holidays, but parents are not charged for either.

What about childcare subsidies? How does that work?

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is a payment made by the Australian Government to help families with the cost of quality child care and early education. This is paid directly to the service to reduce your weekly fees. For more information about your eligibility and applying for the childcare subsidy, please see the link below.

Please note that from 10 July 2023, there are changes to CCS, which will mean families can get more CCS and more families will be eligible to get CCS. Please check the link above to get more information.
